TERMS OF REFERENCE
Consultant to deliver the TOT on Labour Standards in Global Supply Chain
1. Scope of assignment
The consultant is expected to complete the following deliverables as part of the contract:
- Work with BWV’s expert to develop a TOT training package (agenda, training materials, sessions plan, and supporting materials) on Labor standards in global supply chains for universities’ lecturers.
- Deliver two 2-day TOT courses on Labor standards in global supply chains for universities’ lecturers.
- Provide technical inputs for the development of 3 eLearning courses on specific FIT modules of which the universities’ lecturers can use in their training works.

3. Deliverables

- Training reports of 2 TOT courses
- Comments on the story boards and final products of 3 eLearning courses on FIT
4. Contract duration
This contract would commence on 12 Jan 2024 and conclude on 31 March 2024.
